As Arsenal take on Manchester United in the first leg of the Champions League Semi Final, one of the most interesting matchups will be Christiano Ronaldo, one of the world's best players, on teenager Kieran Gibbs.

With Arsenal's never ending list of injuries, they have lost their ever reliable first-choice left back, Gael Clichy, meaning Kieran Gibbs is forced to occupy the left side of the defence.

This will, no doubt, be the youngster's toughest challenge yet. Gibbs has been impressive on the left side since Clichy succumbed to his injury in March.

But up against a player who is regarded as the best in the world, the young defender/midfielder will have a tough job on his hands.

Manchester and Ronaldo will be out to attack the left side. With Ronaldo's amazing pace, balance, and footwork, it is crucial that the two left-sided midfielders, Alexandre Song and Samir Nasri, help Gibbs out.

In what should be a great encounter bewteen to rivals, I am predicting a one all draw for the first leg, which is to be played at Old Trafford in Manchester.
