CHICAGO — You couldn't have missed Orlando Magic officials if you visited the 2013 NBA Draft Combine on Thursday. Coach Jacque Vaughn sat at midcourt inside the Attack Athletics gym, flanked by lead assistant coach James Borrego, assistant general manager Matt Lloyd and scouting and player development manager Brian Wright. They watched drills for almost five hours, rarely rising from their seats. But for Vaughn and Lloyd at least, the workday had only just started. Kansas shooting guard Ben McLemore said the Magic had scheduled an interview with him for Thursday night — a get-to-know-you session that would be led by Orlando general manager Rob Hennigan, assistant general manager Scott Perry and Lloyd and also include Vaughn. Meanwhile, Kentucky center Nerlens Noel said he also expected to meet with the Magic, perhaps as early as Thursday night.
