One moment George Hill was bent over with his hands on his knees. The next, he stood straight up surveying the court. The Indiana Pacers point guard wasn't in the game. He was on the sideline with his gold T-shirt on and a towel draped around his neck. Hill cheered, coached and slapped hands with his teammates for more than the first 7 minutes of the fourth quarter against the New York Knicks. The point guard did his damage in the third quarter, when the Pacers put some distance between themselves and the Knicks.
