Did this new superstar get ripped of? Well, $38 million of his huge pay is incentive rewards. He will get $8 million for taking the Lions to the NFL playoffs at least three times. He will get $5 million for rebuilding the team. He definitely has his work cut out for him. He carried the Georgia Bulldogs through this year. But he can handle it. Let's hope the Lions have a small playbook so he can memorize it and get to work!
