Colby Lewis Pulled from Rehab Assignment

T.R. Sullivan of MLB.com reports that the Rangers have pulled Colby Lewis from his minor league rehab assignment due to inflammation in his right triceps muscle. Lewis, who is currently working his way back from flexor tendon surgery, was unable to throw his scheduled bullpen session on Saturday following his first rehab start with Triple-A Round Rock on Thursday.
