After a 'Tough' Rookie Year, Forgotten WR Danny Coale Is Hoping to Hit Reset

IRVING — A little more than a year has passed since Danny Coale was drafted by the Cowboys in the fifth round in 2012. But he is no further along in his pro career than when he started. Injuries robbed the receiver of his rookie season. He suffered a stress fracture in his left foot during the first organized team activity last May. He also hurt his hamstring and quadriceps muscles before tearing the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee while serving on the practice squad last November.
