The Memphis Grizzlies welcomed the Western Conference's No. 1 seed to town on Saturday night and quickly set about taking a 2-1 series lead in the process.
Having already stolen home-court advantage from the Oklahoma City Thunder in Game 2, the Grizzlies again looked to showcase their skills against Kevin Durant and Co. And that they would—finishing with an 87-81 victory in Game 3 to set up a huge Game 4 in Memphis early next week.
Marc Gasol was the star of the night for the Grizzlies, tallying 20 points, nine rebounds and two blocks in the win. Durant led the Thunder with 25 points, 11 rebounds and five assists, but ultimately, it was not enough to bring Oklahoma City back on the night.
Game 4 is in Memphis on Monday at 9:30 p.m. ET.
