It's been my pleasure to bring you this historic FA Cup final. Most finals are outstanding games, but this one certainly exceeded expectations.
If you happen to be a Wigan fan, enjoy this moment for as long as possible. It's right back to work on Tuesday, as the Latics attempt to stay in the Premier League against Arsenal.
I'll be back shortly to tell you six things we learned from Wigan's FA Cup victory, and Bleacher Report's excellent team of analysts and commentators will have some of the best reaction on the Internet.
Until then, have a great Saturday, and enjoy the rest of the weekend.
Ben Watson will be forever linked with this historic victory. It was a great goal too: Excellent movement at the near post produced a pinpoint header that beat Joe Hart and just found its way inside the far post.
It was a fantastic finish to a thrilling game. Both sides nearly got on the scoresheet a number of times, and it was not obvious why Wigan are fighting relegation while City are second in the League.
Surely this will go down as one of the greatest upsets in the history of the FA Cup. Wimbledon '88 comes to mind. This is why the oldest domestic cup competition in the world is still the best.
Incredible stuff. Really one for the ages. Wigan were even with Manchester City all game, and no one can deny that the Latics deserved this incredible victory.
The turning point of the match was undoubtedly Pablo Zabaleta's sending off. And how appropriate that it was on Callum McManaman, who had the game of his life today.
90+4' Extra time of extra time.
90+3' Just seconds left now.
90+3' Into the second minute of three minutes of extra time. Goal kick for Wigan. Almost over now.
Wigan have done it!
Ben Watson heads a corner kick in, and Wigan have all but won the FA Cup! Stunning stuff.
89' This is a different Wigan side now. There's a different energy about previously gassed players, as they sense that they have the advantage over a Manchester City side that has lost one of its best defenders.
88' Yellow card for Gareth Barry now, as he commits a foul about 30 yards out, almost dead center. Good free-kick opportunity.
86' RED CARD
Pablo Zabaleta makes a hard, late foul on Callum McManaman when the Wigan man broke through City's defense, and that is his second yellow card.
Absolutely justified. A harsh, unnecessary foul that sent McManaman spinning in the air. This game has turned on its head now.
Squint and you can see McMananam's transfer fee going up. Having Clichy on toast.— Arse2Mouse (@arse2mouse) May 11, 2013
81' Wigan substitution
Ben Watson replaces Jordi Gomez in Roberto Martinez's first change. Let's see what the fresh legs can do.
81' Looks like Wigan are getting tired. Roger Espinoza strained to get forward on a counterattack moments ago, and McManaman and others look a bit languid. Extra time will not suit the Latics.
80' City with all the possession at the moment, but it's a bit Arsenal-esque: lots of passes around Wigan's well-organized defense and not a lot of incisiveness.
Corner City, though.
77' Ooh, the ball clanks off the crossbar and goes harmlessly out of play. He wasn't trying to have a shot there, but almost scored anyway.
76' Yellow card for Matija Nnastasic after taking down Callum McManaman on the edge of the box. He's clearly been the best player on the pitch today.
Maloney to whip the ball in.
74' Jack Rodwell gets his head to it but Robles is perfectly positioned to save and hold the ball.
The game's getting a bit stretched now, as tired legs on both sides cause frantic attacks and counterattacks at both ends.
72' City mounting a period of sustained pressure now, and they have a dangerous free-kick on the right side. Milner to whip the ball into the box.
69' Manchester City substitution
Jack Rodwell replaces Carlos Tevez. Can't really make sense of that one.
Rodwell's only made 10 Premier League appearances this season due to injury.
67' Spectacular run by McManaman is excellently defended by Vincent Kompany deep inside the box, and City can recover from a spell of real Wigan pressure.
Still a very even game, and it would not be shocking to see either team score.
65' Halfway decent shot from Jordi Gomez after some quality tippy-tappy on the edge of the box by Wigan, but it's going to take more than that to beat Joe Hart and this Manchester City defense.
62' Ooh, so nearly there for City. Zabaleta plays a really threatening ball across the box and David Silva, the closest man to it, can only stretch in vain at the far post.
61' Corner City, as James Milner cleverly puts the ball out off of Antonin Alcaraz.
Absolutely nothing comes of it, though, and McArthur is fouled on the counterattack. Yellow card for Pablo Zabaleta.
