Tiger Woods had a good but not great round at the Players Championship on Friday.
He shot a 5-under par 67 at TPC Sawgrass and he finds himself one shot out of the lead.
Woods had moved to the lead on the back nine when he shot an eagle 3 on the second hole (the 11th since he played the back nine first), but Sergio Garcia roared to the lead as he shot a 65.
Woods was just missing on many of his birdie putts.
While he doesn’t have the lead at the midway point, Woods is obviously in strong position to go for the title on the weekend.
Head on over to Mike Dudurich’s tourney-wide blog to follow the rest of the day’s action.
