Early-Season Phenoms We Should Not Take Seriously

It’s no fun being the gloomy ones at the party, but there is no way these guys keep this up.

It’s still early this season, which means guys like John Buck are on a solid home-run record pace. Of course, we can all agree Barry Bonds and the like are safe for now, but we have other early-season phenoms on a tear.

Join MLB Lead Writer Zachary Rymer and MLB Contributor Gabe Zaldivar as they discuss those MLB players who will no doubt regress back to their classic production levels.

Baseball is a beautiful and humbling game no man has perfected, which means we are safe in our assumption that a steep decline is close at hand for these sluggers and power pitchers.

But this is a conversation, and we need you to get in on the fun. Leave your suggestions and bright ideas in the comments section below.
