PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Fla. -- If Tiger Woods saw an obvious rules violation while watching golf on television, he would not call officials to notify them of the incident. While this is a common and accepted practice in golf - and one that led to a huge controversy at the Masters for Woods -- the world's No. 1-ranked golfer would not pick up the phone.
