Brooklyn Nets vs. Chicago Bulls Game 6: Video Highlights and Recap

Maxwell Ogden@MaxwellOgdenCorrespondent IIIMay 2, 2013

The 2013 NBA playoffs continued tonight, as the Chicago Bulls hosted the Brooklyn Nets in Game 6 of their first-round series.

The Bulls entered this game with a 3-2 series lead and thus looked to close out the Nets at home. Brooklyn, however, is coming off of an impressive 110-91 win over Chicago and looked to continue to build upon that momentum by evening the series.

Unfortunately, the Bulls were shorthanded as they played without Kirk Hinrich, who is battling a calf injury, and Luol Deng, who is suffering from a bad case of the flu.

In their absence, all five starters were in double figures, including Marco Belinelli, who scored 22 points. On the opposite end, Deron Williams tallied 17 points and 11 assists for his third consecutive triple-double.

The question is, could Chicago close out the opposition and move on to the Eastern Conference Semifinals? Or did the Nets even up the series and send it back to Brooklyn for Game 7?

Check the video supplied above to find out.
