The first round of the 2013 NFL draft saw only one quarterback come off the board: E.J. Manuel became the first quarterback taken when the Buffalo Bills selected him with the 16th overall pick. Manuel may have been the first, but there were plenty of other quarterbacks who found new homes in the NFL.
