Eric Fisher is the ultimate lunch-pail player.

He came to Central Michigan with little fanfare and there was little buzz about him until his senior year.

Game by game, NFL teams started to take notice of the behemoth 6'7", 306-pound tackle. 

By now, you know Fisher was the first overall pick taken in the 2013 NFL draft. 

The Chiefs have a brand new team led by head coach Andy Reid. There's also a new quarterback in Alex Smith. 

However, they still have Jamaal Charles, their all-time leader in yards-per-carry among running backs (5.79 YPC).

We asked Charles, who's almost a foot shorter and over a 100 pounds lighter than Fisher, how he's going to treat the big tackle when he gets to camp. You know, will there be rookie hazing?
