Here are five areas the Oregon State football team will concentrate on this spring and summer leading into training camp in August. 1. Recruiting: Many of the coaches are already out and about around the country evaluating players they are interested in for the 2014 class. This is the time they learn about the personalities of recruits from talking with teachers, counselors and coaches. They also go watch them in spring football, baseball or track to see how they compete.
