That's it for the live updates. Detailed reaction to today's games to come shortly on Bleacher Report.
With this win, Chelsea leapfrog Arsenal into third (for the time being). Swansea, though, have gone six games without a win now.
In the next few weeks, Chelsea have the latter stages of the Europa League to contest with, as well as the "race for fourth". Every single one of these wins relieves a bit of pressure from games with the likes of Tottenham, Everton and Manchester United to come.
FT: Chelsea 2-0 Swansea
A deserved win for Chelsea against an out-of-form Swansea. The Blues, then, look good for one of those coveted top four places.
Juan Mata looks to curl a placed effort into the far corner and misjudges his shot by just a few feet.
90+2' Angel Rangel hits a volley goalbound, but its a weak effort.
90+1' Swansea having a lot more of the ball at present. Chelsea content to preserve energy ahead of their congested fixtures to come.
THREE MINUTES ADDED TIME
89' Nathan Dyer, though, is giving it a good go for Swansea. The tricky winger attacks Ashley Cole, cuts back onto his left foot and shoots straight at Cech.
86' This game is drifting to its inevitable conclusion. Swansea's poor league form, then, is set to continue.
Over at Emirates Stadium: Arsenal 1-1 Manchester United (van Persie pen 45')
83' Demba Ba wastes another good chance. This time he escapes the attentions of Chico to get on the end of a long ball but scuffs a shot straight at Vorm.
82' Chelsea continue to push for further goals, with Lampard at the centre of almost everything. Nothing doing at the moment, though.
Neil Taylor replaces Ben Davies for Swansea. It's the Team GB Olympic player's first game since breaking his leg eight months ago.
79' Lampard almost has the chance to level Tambling's record as Mata lifts a ball over the defence into his path. The England man can't bring the ball down in time to evade Vorm, though.
Chelsea's all-time top scorer Bobby Tambling is watching on today. Bobby scored 202 times for Chelsea. Lampard is now on 201 and is out of contract this summer.
76' LAST FIVE MINUTES - POSSESSION
Chelsea 76-24 Swansea
Ashley Williams somehow avoids the most obvious second yellow card you'd ever see. Rafa Benitez not impressed.— Jack Pitt-Brooke (@JackPittBrooke) April 28, 2013
Hazard threads a wonderful ball across the middle of the box for Mata and it looks for all the world as if the Spaniard will score. His shot, though, is screwed wide of the left upright. Ba, too, was inches away from turning it in.
Ashley Williams is very, very fortunate not to see a second yellow for pulling back his opponent on a Chelsea counter. A stern warning from Clattenburg.
71' Michu and de Guzman combine neatly in the area once more. The Spaniard, though, is once more left frustrated as the ball will not fall nicely for a shot. Been that sort of afternoon.
69' YELLOW CARD
Ben Davies goes into the referee's notebook for taking out Oscar as the Brazilian drifted past him.
68' Almost a brilliant one-two between Ba and Lampard. The former, though, cannot get around Williams in time to receive the return ball.
Nathan Dyer replaces Wayne Routledge for the away side.
65' Demba Ba's movement wins another corner. He runs off Williams once more, and his shot is deflected behind.
