ESPN's "Draft Expert" Mel Kiper Jr. has the Philadelphia Eagles taking West Virginia quarterback Geno Smith with the third pick in the second round of the NFL Draft. He has the Jaguars selecting USC's Matt Barkley with the 33rd pick, Zach Ertz (TE, Stanford) going to the 49ers at 34, and then the Eagles taking Smith 35th overall.
