A brand new trailer has emerged for 12 Rounds: Reloaded, WWE Studios' upcoming action film...and it looks like, well, pretty much what you would expect.

As you can see, there are a lot of explosions, car chases, guns and cartoonish over-the-top bad guys grinning evilly.

Also, Randy Orton appears to have the same two facial expressions he uses on Raw and SmackDown: "stoically angry" and "stoically concerned."

We'll have to see whether or not he has what it takes to be a Hollywood star, but the trailer certainly doesn't bode well. His line readings, in particular, sound like Kristen Stewart-levels of wooden and flat.

"They have a hostage, it's my wife...again!"

12 Rounds: Reloaded, the sequel to 2009's action-thriller 12  Rounds, was filmed in Vancouver late last year with Orton taking time off WWE television to film the movie (via Variety).

Orton plays a tough-guy paramedic forced to undergo (yes!) 12 tasks in order to save his abducted wife, Sarah (Heartland's Cindy Busby).

Mad Men's Brian Markinson plays the bad guy, Heller, once again continuing the WWE Studios' trend of having way-too-good-for-this-project actors as their villains.

The film marks the second straight-to-DVD movie made as part of WWE Studios' three-film deal with Fox Home Entertainment. Deadline reported the details back in 2012.

The first movie, The Marine 3: Homefront starring Mike "The Miz" Mizanin, proved to be a surprise hit when it was released last month, shifting a whopping 52,000 copies in its first week of release in what one industry insider described as a "great" debut for a direct-to-video action film (via TheNumbers.com). It also sold fairly well on Blu-ray.

No doubt the company is hoping for similar success with 12 Rounds: Reloaded. And if it's not a hit? Well, Orton just might go to the papers...if he has to.
