Watch Harrison Barnes Bring High-Flying Act to Playoffs with Nifty Reverse Dunk
As the Golden State Warriors were out-running the Denver Nuggets to a huge 131-117 Game 2 win on the road, Harrison Barnes reminded us all that he's just about athletic enough to dunk over anything and everything you could put in front of him.
With the Warriors doing their best to hold the Nuggets at arm's length down the stretch, Barnes took the ball off the dribble with Anthony Randolph covering.
Randolph, not being the most quick-footed defender Denver has to offer, got beat on the first step toward the hoop, but stayed close enough to Barnes to keep him from getting an open head-on look at a dunk.
No problem, says Barnes, as he goes up and slams down a dunk on the reverse with Randolph standing helplessly underneath the rim.
It was really just another two points in an otherwise tremendous night for Barnes, who put in 24 points on just 14 shot attempts.

Harrison Barnes is the ultimate video game character. Either a drained three or a vicious dunk every time— SportsNation (@SportsNation) April 24, 2013
Has to be KILLING Mark Jackson to not be able to yell MAMA THERE GOES THAT MAN GET INTO MY POSTER after that Harrison Barnes dunk.— Jonah Keri (@jonahkeri) April 24, 2013
Barnes did nearly everything right in the game, barely missing a shot, playing tremendous defense and giving Kent Bazemore a reason to get off the bench and go completely insane.
If anything, the tremendous reaction from the Warriors bench was the highlight of the dunk, although I suppose the dunk itself was pretty thunderous.
