VANCOUVER – The Vancouver Canucks clinched their fifth-straight Northwest Division title in style Monday. Daniel Sedin set up Zack Kassian's goal midway through the second period, and scored on a breakaway in the final minute of the period, and Cory Schneider made 24 saves to lead the Canucks to a 3-1 win against the NHL-leading Chicago Blackhawks at Rogers Arena.
