While it would appear to be more speculation at this early point, Spurs assistant Mike Budenholzer has been mentioned in multiple reports as a possible candidate to coach Cleveland after Byron Scott was fired earlier in the day. The Cleveland Plain-Dealer lists Gregg Popovich's long-time aide among a huge list of candidates the Cavs, who can offer the lure of coaching Kyrie Irving to offset the prospect of long, grim Midwest winters, should pursue. (He's currently getting 0.6 percent of the vote in a Plain-Dealer poll on who should get the job.)
