Ranking the Most Overrated Stadiums in MLB

All ballparks in Major League Baseball are special in their own way.

Some of them just aren’t as special as they get credit for. Some new ballparks lack soul. Some old ballparks lack charm. Other old ballparks have charm in spades, but are painfully lacking in other areas.

Last week, B/R Pop Culture Lead Writer Gabe Zaldivar and I broke down our rankings for the best all-around ballparks in baseball. This week, we’re flipping the switch and ranking the most overrated ballparks in baseball.

We hit three major population centers and four major teams in this week’s rankings. Without giving too much away, fans in Southern California, New York and Chicago probably aren’t going to thrilled with what we (just me in the case of one ballpark) have to say.
