Rockies Pay Tribute to Boston with 'Sweet Caroline'

The Rockies, joining teams all around baseball, took time to honor Boston and remember those killed and injured Monday in the bombing at the Boston Marathon by playing "Sweet Caroline" -- a Fenway Park staple -- before the eighth inning of the second game of Tuesday's doubleheader -- a 9-8, 10-inning victory over the Mets -- at Coors Field. By that point, the celebration was shared by only the heartiest of fans who endured temperatures in the 30s, along with light, icy precipitation.
