Michigan State Spring Practice Solidifies Three Starting Spots

Three open positions entering Michigan State’s spring ball are closer to being filled, and three quarterbacks who have been taking hits will get a break Saturday. MSU coach Mark Dantonio said before today’s practice that Trevon Pendleton is the No. 1 fullback. Asked if he would say cornerback Trae Waynes and defensive end Shilique Calhoun have nailed down starting spots entering the fall, he said: “Yes I would.”
