Who Should Be the 1st Overall Pick in the 2013 NFL Draft?

It's a sign that you were the worst team in the league the previous year. 

Holding the first overall pick is a blessing and a curse. If you're a general manager and you hit on the pick, you're pretty much guaranteed a franchise cornerstone for the next decade. 

Miss on the pick and you're saddled with an albatross that will most likely sink your time as a decision maker in the league.
