Dorsett Skates with Team
Rob Grabowski-USA TODAY Sports

Injured forward Derek Dorsett, who hast not played since fracturing his clavicle on March 7 while still with the Blue Jackets, skated on his own before the Rangers’ 10:30 a.m. practice today, marking his first time on ice. Still, that does not mean Dorsett is close to returning and, with the Rangers having just seven regular-season games remaining, it would be more likely he would make his Rangers’ debut in the first round of the playoffs, provided the Rangers qualify.
