Long gone are the days of the St. Louis Rams being the laughing stock of the NFC West. Head coach Jeff Fisher and general manager Les Snead made sure of that in 2012. Out of nowhere they won seven games, with one of those wins coming over the Seattle Seahawks.
Despite the last game of the season being close all the way down to the wire, the 'Hawks made sure to split the season series at home. This year they will be looking to sweep the season series, and it all starts by making sure they take care of business in front of their crowd.
The addition of Antoine Winfield to an already stout secondary should keep St. Louis' passing attack grounded in the Pacific Northwest. The Rams have a glaring hole at running back, along with an inconsistent ability to win on the road.
That is why the Seahawks get the nod in this matchup.
Prediction: Seahawks 22, Rams 17
