We're now two weeks into the 2013 MLB season, and there has already been a good deal of surprise and disappointment as far as a team performance goes.
The Blue Jays and Angels in particular have struggled after entering the season with lofty expectations, while the surprise Rockies have one less win than those two clubs combined.
As the season progresses, these rankings will be based less on expectation and more on performance. At this point, however, expectation does still play a big factor in where a team is ranked.
