2013's biggest sporting events have given us the likes of Katherine Webb—girlfriend of BCS champion QB A.J. McCarron—and Amanda Marcum Enfield—wife of former Florida Gulf Coast head coach Andy Enfield.

Add Ellie Harvey—also known as Ellie Day, wife of 2013 Masters contender Jason Day—to the list of 2013's most attractive sports stars' female counterparts.

With her husband just a stroke off the pace in the early going of the final round Sunday at Augusta, the focus has shifted to the Australian golfer's wife, and she threatens to steal the bright spotlight of The Masters in the process.

If you were watching The Masters in 2011, you'll likely remember how she burst on the scene of famous sporting wives.

With husband Jason in serious contention for the green jacket on Sunday in 2011, she managed to capture the audiences' attention by walking with her husband through the final 18 at Augusta. Although Day finished tied for second with countryman Adam Scott, the damage was already done—Day was firmly planted as one of the luckiest golfers on tour.

Now that he's back in contention Sunday, his wife is back in the conversation.

Among those recognizing that we might get to see Day quite a bit on the back nine is former NHL pro and ESPN analyst Matthew Barnaby, who voiced the real reason his TV was tuned to CBS:

The couple, who met in 2005 but didn't start officially dating until a few years later (as noted by MansfieldNewsJournal.com), welcomed their first child in the summer of 2012. Mom and son took a Masters picture while Dad was teeing off on Thursday:

With only 149 followers right now, don't be surprised if her Twitter account blows up if husband Jason can find a way to outlast the rest of Augusta on Sunday.

Golf has long been a sport that includes particularly attractive golf wives. Woods' ex-wife Elin Nordgren reigns supreme atop the website AthletesWives.com, which ranks counterparts to a scale of 10.

Harvey comes in fourth on that list, behind Nordgren, Adam Scott's girlfriend Ana Ivanovic and Phil Mickelson's wife, Amy Mickelson.

Woods is no longer with Nordgren, Mickelson's 2013 Masters trip is done and there has been no mention of Ivanovic on the broadcast so far, leaving us to enjoy Day's final round for both his inspired play and his wife cheering him on from the gallery.

With shots like this one on Sunday at the par-five No. 2, it hasn't been very hard.

Day is playing great golf now, and his passionate, knowledgeable wife (she shows the latter assertion in an interview with Jason Sobel on ESPN.com) is right there in the thicket of his final round. Aiming to become the first-ever Australian to win the green jacket, Day is off to a great start on Sunday.

Lucky for fans, his wife is also there cheering him on, threatening to become the latest woman we highlight in sporting-wife lists for the foreseeable future.
