One horrible quarter. That was what separated the Trail Blazers from the defending Western Conference champions during Oklahoma City’s 106-90 win Friday at the Rose Garden. The offending quarter was the third, when the Blazers scored just seven points – their low for any quarter this season, and the lowest third quarter in franchise history. The Blazers shot 3 for 21 from the field in the quarter.
