He won five races at Talladega! He's the son of a legend and he is currently 19th in points. This is the story of one man redeeming himself.

He started off great and was the one to beat. Then something happened, something that no one was expecting. No, not a horrible accident where he thinks he caught on fire—a switch to a new team. A big name owner, with two of the biggest drivers. It was time to show what he was made of.

He certainly did show them, by winning one of the 2008 Gatorade Duels. This was perfect. He was the most popular driver around. Then he comes right back and wins the 2008 Lifelock 400 at Michigan.

He was showing himself off to this big named team, however only one two wins in 2008 wasn't what fans wanted, especially after almost not making it into the, "Race for the Chase." Fans were hoping for some wins in 2009.

Boy oh boy, that certainly is not what fans have gotten in this 2009 season so far. Only two finishes in the top ten in the first eight races, the redemption has got to happen.

One man has what it takes to change this team around. Drive, confidence, communication, and better lugnuts is what it takes.

Talladega will be where this all takes place, where Dale Earnhardt Jr and the No. 88 team will show why Jr. Nation never gives up.

This is the ballad of Dale Earnhardt Jr.

Hope you guys enjoyed this tidbit of comedy!
