With offseason conditioning set to begin on Monday, the Bengals are still exploring signing another veteran or two. The team hosted linebacker Akeem Jordan on Tuesday and according to reports will have tight end/fullback Alex Smith in for a visit later this week. Jordan is going into his seventh season and has spent his entire career in Philadelphia. He played in 14 games last year, starting seven at WILL (outside linebacker), with 44 tackles and two forced fumbles. Vontaze Burfict is currently penciled in at WILL and Thomas Howard, who led the team in tackles in 2011, remains unsigned as he continues his rehabilitation of a knee injury.
