What Should The Philadlephia Eagles Do With Their First Round Pick?

ORLANDO, FL - JANUARY 1: Running back Knowshon Moreno #24 of the University of Georgia rushes around linebacker Greg Jones #53 of the Michigan State Spartans at the 2009 Capital One Bowl at the Citrus Bowl on January 1, 2009 in Orlando, Florida. (Photo by Al Messerschmidt/Getty Images)

I've heard that the Eagles should take Knowshon Moreno in the first round, I've heard they should take Brandon Pettigrew, and I've heard that they should trade it for Boldin. I believe that they should take Moreno.

Brian Westbrook is the best player on the Philadelphia offense. It revolves around him. He is the stresser for defensive coordinators around the league. As we seen last year, that starts to catch up to him.

The Eagles have no backup for him. That's why they should take Moreno. He would fit perfect in the Eagles offense. He has decent speed (ran 4.62 in 40-yard dash,) he has alright power, and he can finish a run.

The Eagles needed that a lot last year. He can catch, and he can block. With him under the wing of Westbrook, he'll be an elite back.

If the Eagles can't get him, they should trade for Anquan Boldin. They could trade their first round pick and Sheldon Brown for him.

If they have to, they can even throw in Reggie Brown. With Boldin and Jackson at receiver, Westbrook at running back, McNabb at QB, and their offensive line, the Eagles offense would be unstoppable.
