PHILADELPHIA – When Shaun Marcum will appear in a Mets regular season game is still a mystery. Thursday, Marcum was given trigger injections for nerve inflammation in his neck. He was told to shut down for a 48-hour period and has since begun throwing a baseball. But his return is unknown.
