Now that WrestleMania 29 is over, the hardcore wrestling fans have already turned their attention to the 30th edition of the show next year in New Orleans and the dream matches for the marquee event.

WrestleMania 30 will be the WWE’s biggest show in history, and the possible dream matches that could come to fruition have fans speculating about every name in the book.

From The Undertaker to Brock Lesnar to Stone Cold Steve Austin, next year’s WrestleMania should be unforgettable.

The Undertaker vs. Brock Lesnar

The Undertaker will be coming into WrestleMania 30 with his streak intact, but his opponent for the company’s biggest show to date should be none other than the war machine Brock Lesnar.

Lesnar is the kind of freakish athlete who could beat The Undertaker at WrestleMania, and their previous history in the WWE and outside the company (as seen in the video above) would make this an ideal feud. As marketable as The Undertaker and the streak are for the WWE, the addition of a bona fide pay-per-view draw like Lesnar would make this one of the most anticipated matches in wrestling history.

There aren’t too many more matches for The Undertaker before he retires, so using him against a star like Lesnar on a stage as grand as WrestleMania 30 is the wisest choice for the long-term financial success of the company.

CM Punk vs. Stone Cold Steve Austin

This feud has been brewing for years, and WrestleMania 30 should be the stage on which Stone Cold Steve Austin finally comes face-to-face with CM Punk in a match.

Austin is the beer-drinking and hell-raising star who made the Attitude Era great, and while Punk’s character is the same antihero Stone Cold always was during his career, his straight-edge mentality makes the storyline easy to write.

Punk has been on fire over the last two years, and whether the WWE Universe can deal with it or not, he has become this generation’s Austin.

Just as The Rock came back to pass the torch to the new face of the WWE, John Cena, Stone Cold must return at WrestleMania 30 and give Punk the rub of a lifetime.

John Cena vs. The Rock

There will be a very vocal contingent of fans who believe the feud between John Cena and The Rock should end at WrestleMania 29, but the fact that both previous matchups were on the biggest show of the year each of the last two years means the rubber match should be as well.

Cena vs. The Rock at WrestleMania 30: Thrice in a Lifetime.

The Rock won the first chapter of this duo’s legendary feud, but Cena won the second leg and the WWE Championship Sunday night. With each man having a win over the other, the rubber match must be on the WrestleMania stage next year.

Cena will undoubtedly go over in the final battle between these all-time greats, a moment that deserves to be seen at WrestleMania.

Three straight main events would help this feud go down in history as one of the greatest of all time.
