TALLAHASSEE — A nagging shoulder injury will sideline one of Florida State's tight ends for the remainder of spring practice, coach Jimbo Fisher said Friday afternoon. Sophomore Christo Kourtzidis, who played in seven games as a true freshman last season, went through surgery to repair a torn labrum earlier this week. Fisher said the injury had been bothering Kourtzidis at the end of the season, but athletic trainers were hoping he would be able to wait until after spring practice to have the surgery.
