TORONTO -- People might be wondering why Michael Brantley is hitting fifth in the Indians' lineup. In the third inning Wednesday night he showed why. Down in the count 1-2 against Brandon Morrow, Brantley hadn't taken the bat off his shoulder as Morrow jumped ahead of him with pitches at 96, 97 and 96 mph. Brantley sent the next pitch bouncing through the hole at short to score Michael Bourn for a 1-0 lead.
