Dirk Nowitzki Saves Mavs' Season with Game-Winner
Kevin Jairaj-USA TODAY Sports

Dirk Nowitzki came up big for the Dallas Mavericks on Saturday afternoon, hitting a three-pointer with 2.9 seconds remaining to secure a crucial 100-98 win over the Chicago Bulls. A controversial flagrant foul called against Vince Carter was overturned, and the Bulls' Jimmy Butler missed both free throws. Nowitzki knocked down the three on a drive-and-kick from Carter to put Dallas up 100-98, and Nate Robinson missed a corner three at the buzzer.
