Duke's Ryan Kelly Sees Progress in Win Against Michigan State

INDIANAPOLIS – With 13:17 left in the first half of Duke’s 71-61 win against Michigan State on Friday night, Duke senior forward Ryan Kelly swished a jumper from about 10 feet out on the right wing. On the surface, it didn’t look like much. It cut the Spartans’ lead to two with more than a half hour of basketball left to be played. But for Kelly, who has been fighting through a cold spell, it was sweet.
