The Oklahoma City Thunder hit the road to play the Minnesota Timberwolves looking to draw closer to the San Antonio Spurs atop the Western Conference on Friday night.
Kevin Durant entered the game as the league's top scorer at 28.2 points per game seeking to take advantage of a Timberwolves team that was without Kevin Love.
The Timberwolves looked to pick up a big win to propel their young squad to a strong finish to the season. Without Love in the lineup, Ricky Rubio and Nikola Pekovic would need to step up to challenge one of the league's premier teams.
