Speaking on the “Rich Eisen Podcast” today, San Francisco’s wide receiver said he momentarily lost his vision after he took a hellacious hit from Ravens cornerback Jimmy Smith on the Niners’ 3rd-and-goal play from Baltimore’s five-yard line with just under two minutes left.
