Autobiography on Colby Armstrong

Colby  Armstrong is got a good sense of humor, and he makes lot players he played with laugh.

He did a good job in Red Deer and he truly be missed in Red Deer and Pittsburgh now.

He can get other players sick if he needs to and he will do good things in life in the NHL.

He will fight if he needs to and can hurts, if players aren't careful. 

He will be back to talk at other teams, if he is need to.  

He will played in Red Deer and got Memorial Cup in 2001.

He needs to step up and get more goals and stay out of the penalty box, and not use his mouth or height and weight so much. 

He was born November 23 1982 and has a brother who plays hockey in the American Hockey League.  

He was born is Saskatoon and is the second oldest.

He was drafted by Pittsburgh Penguins.  Then last year, he got traded to the Atlanta Thrashers and rooms with Sidney Crosby on the road.

He loves McDonald's.  He's a kind person, and he is helpful.
