Eric Gordon Likely to Miss Monday Night's Game vs. Nuggets with Sore Ankle

It appears as though the New Orleans Hornets will be without their starting backcourt Monday night against the Denver Nuggets with point guard Greivis Vasquez officially ruled out with a sprained left ankle and the disclosure from Coach Monty Williams that Eric Gordon could sit because of a sore ankle. "Eric could be out so that's another deal for us," Williams said, after being asked if Gordon could play more on the ball at the point instead of at shooting guard. "We're going to have to go point guard by committee, have Darius (Miller), Terrel (Harris), so we'll see. (Gordon) has a sore ankle.
