Florida Gulf Coast's Cinderella story was not meant to end in Philadelphia on Sunday.

Two days after defeating the No. 2 Georgetown Hoyas in the round of 64, the Eagles became the first No. 15 seed to advance to the Sweet 16 by taking down the No. 7 San Diego State Aztecs.

With 11:30 left in the game, Eagles star Sherwood Brown re-entered the game after sitting on the bench with foul trouble.

After Brown stepped back on the court, the Eagles went on a 17-0 run that sealed up their spot at Cowboys Stadium on Friday.

The Eagles will play No. 3 Florida in their Sweet 16 game in front of the biggest crowd they have ever played in front of in Arlington.
