The 76ers have to make two major decisions this summer. The first is what to do with Andrew Bynum. The injured center, who underwent season-ending arthroscopic surgery Tuesday, will end up earning $16.5 million despite not playing a game for the Sixers this season. Unless he gets a clean bill of health before the July 1 start of free agency and the Sixers can keep him on a short-term, relatively low contract (unlikely on both counts), it’s hard to imagine Bynum staying.
