The Wizards have been a much better basketball team following the return of John Wall. With the way Washington is playing right now, there's every reason for fans to think playoffs next season.
For the Lakers, the playoffs were the minimum expectation this year. Los Angeles now occupies the eighth seed in the Western Conference and doesn't look to be giving it up anytime soon. The team has won seven of its last 10 games.
