The Green Bay Packers’ most competitive position in training camp probably will be inside linebacker. The Packers re-signed free agent Brad Jones on Thursday, which in effect means they’re returning three starters for two inside linebacker positions: Jones, who started 10 games last season; A.J. Hawk, who has started all but two games since 2006; and Desmond Bishop, who was their best inside linebacker but is coming back from serious injury (torn hamstring) that ended his 2012 season in training camp.
