Washington Wizards vs. L.A. Lakers: Live Score, Results and Game Highlights

Well that wasn't fun to watch for all the Los Angeles Lakers fans out there. If you're a Washington Wizards fan though, it's a different story.

The Lakers fell to the Wizards, 103-100, after leading by 17 at one point in the second half.

John Wall's 24 points and 16 assists, alongside Trevor Ariza's 25 points on 7-of-12 shooting from beyond the arc, was too much for the Lakers to handle.

Kobe's inability to find his teammates late in the game, instead shooting the ball time and time again, was the real difference maker in this one.

His 21 points and 11 assists look great on paper. But what was more important was his 44.4 percent shooting from the field and his six turnovers.

The Lakers looked next to unstoppable when they were moving the ball, and playing like a team. They looked very suspect when they weren't and that's why the Wizards were able to get back into this one.

The good news for the Lake Show is that the Utah Jazz also lost, so the Lakers are still 1.5 games ahead of them for the eighth seed in the Western Conference.

Up next for L.A. is a trip to the Oracle Arena to take on the Golden State Warriors on Monday night.
