Right, I'm off. It's been a pleasure. Make sure you stick around on Bleacher Report for all of the reaction and analysis you could possibly dream of. Stay safe, and I'll see you soon.
France take charge of Group I with a professional performance against a competent Georgia side, but they know that their biggest test will come on Tuesday against Spain.
Ribery, Pogba, Jallet, and Clichy impressed, and now they have a two point lead over the world champions. They'll need to keep the ball better to beat them next week though. It is certainly set up wonderfully though.
FINAL SCORE - France 3 - 1 Georgia
Georgia force another opening but a last ditch takle from a French defender foils them. And then the final whistle is blown ....
Three minutes of stoppage time. Jallet powers forward from right back, plays in Sissoko who then blazes a cross high over the bar. They'll need to have a better final ball against Spain.
Menez almost slaloms his way into the six yard box but falls to the ground under pressure allowing the ball to roll to the goalkeeper. One minute of normal time left.
Varane is going to grow up to be a hell of a player. The 19 year-old shoves off the Georgian attacker with ease before starting an attack. Benzema smashes a strike high and wide from 20 yards out. That wasn't pretty.
Plays it short, and then France start a gentle passing game that sees them keep the ball rather than press for a fourth. Understandable but boring.
Corner to France. Jallet, once again, forces the set-piece. He's played well tonight. Menez to take it ...
I've been impressed by France tonight. Sure they could have played better, but they've been patient, impressive on the ball, and in the end took their chances when they came. Georgia have made a good account of themselves too. It's a win-win situation, right?
The Spain vs. Finland game, which kicked off 15 minutes earlier, has indeed finished 1-1. Huge shock. Are Spain going to need to go through the playoffs to defend their crown?
The game appears to have plateaued.
Sissoko powers into the Georgian area but is finally tackled by a plethora of defenders.
France will be buoyed by the news that Spain are currently drawing with Finland in their encounter. If it stays the same way then next week's game will be a pearler.
Here is Ribery's goal. Splendid effort. Keeper should have done better though.
Menez is preparing to come on for Les Bleus, as Georgia have another attack. A dangerous cross is well cleared by Lloris. Another goal would make things very interesting. Ribery comes off for Menez. He's been the difference today.
Georgia's performance hasn't been raised by that goal. France take the game to them again.
Sakho fails to clear and then Kobakhidze is able to smash ball past Lloris. Back in it?
Benzema looks annoyed to have been kept on the pitch. I think? Or maybe he's just a bit peeved at his performance.
Here's Valbuena's goal for you to peruse. It's a good one.
Sissoko, Remy, come on for the French. Who make changes with Spain on their mind.
Ribery takes on the right back, pases him with ease and once inside the penalty area plants his low shot into the near post. That should be that then.
FRANCE SCORE A THIRD!
Here's Giroud's goal for you. Watch it. Only if you want to though.
