Katherine Webb walked to the edge of elimination and instead saw little Rudy from The Cosby Show get the axe on Splash

On Tuesday, ABC finally unveiled their show Splash, a reality TV show that features celebrities basically falling into a pool while judges award them points for not injuring themselves.

At least, that's what I got from it.

Was I happy that I recorded the show on DVR to watch after the World Baseball Classic? Negative. Was I ashamed? Yes.

However, after an hour of watching B-list celebrities fall into a pool and call it diving, I began to buy into the idea.

What can I say, I enjoy junk food and bad TV.

Here are some of the highlights from Splash, a diving show that only kind of, sort of featured actual dives.

Katherine Webb

First off, Joey Lawrence is now rocking less hair and doesn't say "whoa" at every turn. Somehow that has me a little depressed. You can see him and the woman of the hour, Katherine Webb, in the following video.

A tip of the hat to Yahoo! Sports who captured images from the best moments of Webb's night.

Here is one of the better dives, one that garnered A.J. McCarron's girlfriend a score of seven from Olympian David Boudia.

And we already knew Webb was a great sport over the attention she received from Brent Musburger, so it was no surprise that she showed how classy she could be and gave a shout out to the ESPN broadcaster.

The Rest

While most were intrigued to see Webb dive, there was a lot more to keep fans entertained. For instance, there was that one time an NBA Hall of Fame player belly flopped and still made it to the next round.

Louis Anderson did a swan dive into the pool and the judges lost their minds. Yes, he also moved on into the next round.

Really, the only one who wasn't feeling the love seems to be Keshia Knight Pulliam who played Rudy Huxtable on The Cosby Show

She got the show started with a handstand dive and received the lowest marks of the night. She was then featured in a dive-off against Webb to end the show. While I thought she had the better dive, the judges decided to bring Webb back.

Knowing what we do about her popularity, that was probably a good idea.
